Courtney Wright, MBA
Director of the Business Communication Center

Courtney is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Management & Corporate Communication and Director of the Business Communication Center (BCC). In addition to running the BCC, she frequently teaches in the MBA, EMBA-Evening, Master of Accounting and MBA@UNC programs. She also regularly provides presentation skills coaching in Kenan-Flagler’s Executive Education programs. A double Alumna of UNC, Courtney graduated with a BA in Psychology and, after working in the legal field and software industry for several years, returned to UNC to pursue her MBA where she concentrated in Marketing and Sustainable Enterprise. She also holds a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from Duke University and Authentic Leadership Coaching from Raleigh Coaching Academy. Outside of school/work, Courtney loves skiing, mountain biking, hiking, weightlifting (really, anything active!), dabbling in biohacking, and traveling with her husband and 3 teenage children. She’s also a self-professed coffee snob and perpetually in search of the perfectly roasted and brewed cup of coffee!


Yash Agarwal
MBA Class of 2026

Yash is originally from India and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing from Christ University in Bengaluru. Before pursuing his MBA, he spent six years as a sports marketing consultant, working with global brands such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, and P&G to develop sponsorship strategies and execute campaigns across cricket, soccer, the Olympics, and other major sporting events.

This past summer, Yash interned at Major League Cricket in a Strategy & Commercial role, where he identified long-term revenue opportunities and optimized partnerships. He also supported an NIL startup focused on operations and fundraising. At UNC Kenan-Flagler, Yash serves as President of the Sports & Entertainment Club and VP of the Consulting and Marketing Club. A passionate soccer fan and former professional youth player, beyond watching and playing sports, he enjoys exploring new restaurants in the area, traveling around the world, and meeting new people.


Anirudh (Ani) Bhaskar
MBA Class of 2026

Anirudh is originally from Bangalore, India and holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has experience at GE Transportation and Enphase Energy, where he led large-scale SaaS digital transformation projects and predictive maintenance initiatives.

After his 1Y, Anirudh interned at Bain & Company in Atlanta within the Enterprise Technology practice. During his 2Y, he will serve as the EVP for the Business Technology Club and EVP – Tech & Comms for Consulting Club, leading career labs and recruiting initiatives. In his free time, Anirudh enjoys the NBA, chess and playing racquet sports.


Mila Belcheva
MBA Class of 2026

Mila is originally from Bulgaria and moved to Dallas, TX, in 2016. She earned her BBA in Business Information Systems from Texas Christian University. Before joining Kenan-Flagler, Mila worked as a Business Analyst at a nonprofit healthcare organization. This past summer, she interned at Prior Automotive, LLC, focusing on e-commerce and digital operations. In her second year, she serves as VP of Social Affairs for the MBA Student Association. Outside of school, Mila enjoys traveling, attending concerts, exercising, singing, and dancing.


Clayton Cordsen
MBA Class of 2026

Clayton was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Essex, Connecticut. Clayton went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Following Cornell, Clayton worked in M&A for National Corporate Housing, a hospitality company in the Denver area. Clayton later went on to take a job at CVS Health, where he led a strategic data analytics team within CVS Finance in the company’s Rhode Island headquarters.

Clayton came into Kenan-Flagler determined to work within healthcare consulting. Clayton’s first year recruiting process proved successful and he had the privilege of working with Chartis in their Chicago office during his first year summer. Clayton will be joining the firm full-time after graduation.

Clayton will be splitting his time between his communications work for the MBA Consulting Club, the BCC, and the MBA Squash Club during his second year. He loves working on interview prep, both in terms of behaviorals and casing. Clayton has a passion for wine and holds an Introductory Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas. Ask him anything about alpine varietals, Sauternes, or the state of the collector’s market.


Emily Dixon
MBA Class of 2026

Emily is originally from Bath, UK, and studied Finance and Accounting at Elon University. Prior to business school, she worked at a CPG company in the outdoor industry, serving as VP of Finance and Operations while gaining cross-functional experience in supply chain, marketing, and sales.

At KF, Emily is on the leadership board of the Consulting Club and serves as President of the Ski Club. She is also a TA for Intermediate Consulting Skills & Frameworks (ICSF) and Strategic Cost Analysis & Performance Management. This past summer, she interned with EY in their Finance Consulting practice. Outside of school and work, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and solving puzzles.


Andrew Hanna
MBA Class of 2026

Andrew is from Durham, NC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration with a minor in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to business school, he spent six years at Anheuser-Busch in various sales and marketing roles, most recently serving as Sales Director for the Miami Metro market.

At Kenan-Flagler, Andrew is the Vice President of Finance for the Real Estate Club and President of the MBA Golf Club. This summer, he was a Summer Associate with Trammell Crow Company in Washington, DC, focusing on industrial and multifamily development. He enjoys helping students pursuing roles in real estate, marketing and sales, as well as those seeking guidance on making a successful career transition.


Alex Jeske
MBA Class of 2026

Alex is originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with a business degree from the University of Dayton, focusing on finance and accounting. Prior to his MBA, Alex worked at Aon in several internal strategy roles for the Health Solutions and Human Capital businesses.

After his first year of the MBA program, Alex interned at Kearney in Chicago within the Private Equity and Principal Investors (PEPI) group. During his second year, he serves as the president of the consulting club, a STAR ambassador, and TA for Introduction to Consulting Skills and Frameworks (ICSF). In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, fitness, and spending time with his wife, friends, and mini aussie.


Tess Johnson
MBA Class of 2026

Tess earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology from Duke University before beginning her career as a Data Scientist at Meta, where she analyzed user behavior on Ray-Ban Meta Glasses. This past summer, she was a Data Science Intern at Spotify in New York, contributing to the Business Strategy Insights team on projects focused on churn prevention and user retention. At Kenan-Flagler, Tess is VP of Corporate Outreach for the Business Technology Club, Co-President of Blue Cup, and President of the Tennis Club.

 


Ribah Khan
MBA Class of 2026

Ribah was raised in Saudi Arabia and is originally from India. She studied architecture before transitioning into digital marketing, where she founded a food and beverage agency and built a personal brand as a content creator, partnering with global companies and helping F&B brands grow through storytelling and strategy.

At UNC Kenan-Flagler, Ribah is pursuing concentrations in Marketing and Strategy with a focus on brand management and digital innovation. She serves as VP of International Student Experience for MBASA, VP of Socials for the Marketing Club, President of Muslims at Kenan-Flagler, and an MBA Student Ambassador.

This past summer, she interned at Ecolab in the Institutional Division, working on marketing initiatives to enhance distributor engagement. Outside of school, Ribah enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and creating content that blends culture, creativity, and connection.


Aaditya (Aadi) Mulani
MBA Class of 2026

Originally from India, Aaditya completed an undergraduate degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, before moving to the United States to pursue an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in consulting, healthcare, and business analytics.

Before his MBA, Aaditya worked in healthcare consulting at ZS Associates for over five years, focusing on healthcare strategy, commercialization, and market strategy, particularly for payers and pharmaceutical companies in the US. This past summer, Aaditya interned at Eli Lilly in global marketing, where he worked on building the consumer experience strategy for a new product launch. Outside of school and work, Aaditya enjoys playing sports like soccer, tennis, badminton, and pickleball.


Sagnik Mukherjee
MBA Class of 2026

Sagnik was born and raised in India. He completed his undergrad in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani in India and then worked at Amazon as a Program Manager leading large scale supply chain sustainability initiatives. He then launched his own startup, Nutrifam, building a distribution tech company, helping CPG brands tap into offline markets in India. At UNC, Sagnik serves as the president of the Business Tech Club and is passionate about helping students recruit in the tech industry. This past summer, he interned at Amazon as a Sr. Program Manager and worked on Amazon’s brand abuse prevention strategy.


Rahul Nesargi
MBA Class of 2026

Rahul is originally from Bangalore, India. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University and is now pursuing his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Before business school, Rahul served on the board of Vertex Engineers Pvt Ltd, where he rotated through project-management, business-development, and administrative roles. After his first year at Kenan Flagler, he interned with Bain & Company in Atlanta, working in the Performance Improvement practice.

During his second year, Rahul will serve as a 2Y Director on the MBASA Board, EVP Finance for the Consulting Club, and an Admissions Ambassador. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, table tennis, pickleball, and hiking.


Rachel Oatis
MBA Class of 2026

Rachel was born in Louisiana and earned her undergraduate degree from Spelman College and a master’s from Columbia University. Before her MBA, she worked across the nonprofit, government, and tech sectors with organizations like the Obama Foundation, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and Voltron Data, leading global engagement initiatives and advancing organizational strategy. She also consulted for nonprofit clients at Almora Advisors, focusing on social impact and performance.

At Kenan-Flagler, Rachel has been actively involved in the MBA community, serving as the VP of L&D for MBASA, Legacy Champion for Firethorn, and a member of the leadership team of the Consortium. This summer, Rachel interned at NextEra Energy with Florida Power & Light, where she developed a product development playbook to guide the transition of new offerings from idea to market.

Victoria Peace
MBA Class of 2026

Victoria is originally from Alexandria, Virginia, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Art History from Georgetown University. She began her career at a boutique consultancy specializing in risk management and business intelligence, primarily serving financial clients.

This summer, Victoria worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Morgan Stanley’s New York City generalist pool, gaining experience across the Consumer Retail, Media & Communications, and Financial Sponsors verticals. She will be returning to the Consumer Retail group full-time after graduating from Kenan-Flagler.

At Kenan-Flagler, Victoria serves as Co-Executive Vice President of the Investment Banking Club and as Vice President of Corporate Sponsorships for Carolina Women in Business. In her free time, she enjoys golf, pickleball, yoga, Pilates, and riding her horse, Louie.


Anusha Rahman
MBA Class of 2026

Anusha is originally from the DC area and went to Tulane University, where she double majored in Neuroscience and Psychology. Her professional background is in academic research, specifically clinical psychology/digital health and organizational behavior, having worked in both Providence, RI, and Boston. This school year, Anusha is EVP of the Healthcare Club and VP of Career Labs and Case Prep for the Consulting Club. She also holds leadership roles with the Consortium and the Vetter Dean’s Fellows.

Over the summer, she interned with The Chartis Group in their Digital and Technology Transformation Line of Business, in their New York City office. In her free time, Anusha enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling.


Asfay Raihan
MBA Class of 2026

Asfay grew up in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and built a global career at Decathlon, working across Asia and Europe in sourcing, supply chain operations, and sustainability. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and is trained in environmental sustainability. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Kenan-Flagler Business School.

This summer, Asfay interned at Walmart’s focusing on procurement and sustainability strategy. In his second year, he will serve as VP of the Net Impact club and Operations club, EVP of the Muslim club, and TA for multiple courses. Outside of work and school, Asfay enjoys cricket, cycling, and exploring new places.


David Shulman
MBA Class of 2026

David is originally from Orlando, Florida and holds a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Clemson University. He spent seven years in industrial manufacturing, working in technical sales and market development to lead growth initiatives across North America.

This summer, David interned at Deloitte Consulting in New York with the Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. During his second year, he will serve as EVP of Learning & Development for the Consulting Club, Co-President of the KFBS Soccer Club, and as a STAR Ambassador. In his free time, David enjoys playing golf, traveling, and watching the Orlando Magic.


Varsha Srinivasan
MBA Class of 2026

Varsha is originally from Mumbai, India and holds a master’s and bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Mumbai. Prior to business school, she worked for 5+ years at Deloitte across strategy consulting and statutory audit verticals.  She is also a trained Indian classical musician, having spent several years as a full-time performer, teacher, and learner in the Lalgudi Gharana tradition (a premier Conservatory in India).

This past summer, she interned in the Corporate Strategy team of Bimbo Bakeries USA, crafting market entry strategies for products in the Health and Wellness space. At Kenan-Flagler, she serves as the EVP of the Consulting Club and the VP of the Dean’s Fellows Board.
