Location and Hours - Business Communication Center

Location: The Kenan-Flagler Business Communication Center (BCC) has a small office on the first floor of the McColl building in 1104. If you’re coming from the elevators and lobby near Café McColl, go towards the study room area (opposite direction from the cafeteria) and take the first left; we’re at the end of the hall on the left–just before the door that goes to the locker hallway.

In-Person Appointments: We primarily use adjacent study rooms for in-person appointments. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in the hallway; the consultant will come out for you when they’re ready.
Virtual Appointments: We conduct virtual appointments via Zoom. Please check your appointment confirmation and/or reminder email for the Zoom link.

Hours: We typically hold appointments Monday – Thursdays, with occasional Friday hours. Our schedule changes each mod, but we usually have openings from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (sometimes later), depending on the day. While we do take walk-ins at designated times (and if appointment slots are open), we strongly advise scheduling an appointment at least a few days in advance.
